I love customised things, and whilst NikeID may not exactly customise their sneaks in the way I would like to, you just have to give props to when they campaign something well. Hush, a New York based creation studio were commissioned to present inspiring imagery to NikeID customers back in 2008.

Here’s a few Olympic proposal posters designed by Alan Clarke which has sparked some debate within the graphic design community. So my latest book order arrived not so long ago… Urban Paper - written by Matt Hawkins, author of the blog, http://www.custompapertoys.com. The book features 26 designer toys to cut out and build, and personally I’m loving some of the customs on show. Artists and designers include the legendary Shin Tanaka and BigChief design.

I first became aware of the talents of the man who calls himself Skwak when I bought an incredibly colourful Nike tee last year. Skwak has now without doubt become one of the distinctive illustrators out there with his vibrant, colourful and charismatic masterpieces.
